SONAS have forty-five years experience of bringing everyday luxury to the bathroom. Following a successful management buyout in 2021, the senior leadership team has been strengthened since then with several new management roles created.
Speaking about the expansion, CEO Richard Sloan said “This has been an exciting chapter for the business, and I am delighted to welcome some impressive new talent to Sonas. With our new appointments over the past few months, we now have an excellent senior management team who together with our wider team of over ninety experts, will continue the evolution of the Sonas brand and business. This can only strengthen what we know is a top rate customer experience.”
Recent appointments to the senior management team are Derek Keeley, who will lead the retail and commercial sales team on the island of Ireland. Also joining the Field Sales Team, is Matt Kinloch, who has been appointed to the role of Area Sales Manager in Northern Ireland to manage Multiples. With strong experience in sales and business development roles, including experience in the bathroom industry, Matt will be responsible for supporting key retailers and merchants in Northern Ireland. He joins existing Area Sales Manager David White who manages Independent Retailers for Sonas in Northern Ireland.
Another appointment has been Louise Murphy as Head of Marketing. Louise’s extensive background extends to working with global automotive brands as well as running her own Marketing Consultancy business in recent years. Louise leads on brand strategy and is responsible for integrating all marketing channels online and offline. Another newly created role is that of Customer Experience Manager which has been filled by Neringa Stasiunaite. Vastly experienced in managerial and supervisory roles, Neringa will lead the newly formed Customer Experience Team and will have oversight of all the customer service touch points including Retailer, Technical and Showroom Support.
